This church was founded about the mid-20^th century.
It is on the far west side of the Dana community, near the Howard Gap Road, the city of Hendersonville and the community of Clear Creek.
Grave sites of families with the surname of Case, Duncan, Lamb, McCrain, Nelson, Owenby, Staton, Wilson and others are located within the cemetery.
The oldest grave in the cemetery is the grave site of William H. Owenby (1883-1963).
